The Black Friday 2020 promotion is cancelled

In early November, there was a chance that we could still hold our annual Black Friday Sale. As the last few renewals were completed, it was obvious that we would exceed the total Passes allocated for sale.  Once we crossed our sales limit, we knew that we had to cancel the Black Friday Sale.

Releasing additional Passes directly affects a Pass Holders’ ability to book tee times.

At times, booking a tee time was practically impossible in 2020.  Unfortunately, as a direct result of COVID-19, we believe that we will experience the same tee time challenges in 2021. 

Releasing additional Passes directly affects a Pass Holders’ ability to book tee times.  We do not feel that it is fair to sacrifice our Pass Holders experience over short term financial gain.    

No additional Passes will be released in 2021

Unfortunately, once we have sold all of our allocated Passes, we will not release any additional Passes.  We plan to continue following our traditional sales format.  This process includes: 

1. In August, the Board of Governors meets to determine the number of passes for sale next season.  

2. In September, we open sales to our current Pass Holders. 

3. In October, we release unsold Passes (previously allocated to the current Pass Holders) to the general public.

5. We will sell all unsold Passes that remain after the October Public Sales Period, during the Black Friday and Christmas Sales

The quality of our customers’ experience is more important than a short term financial gain

Never before have we “Sold Out” all of our Passes for the following season.  There was always a little wiggle room to offer a few Passes to for our Black Friday Sale.  Unfortunately, the circumstances suggest that it is wise to stick to our plan and limit the number of passes.  

There remains a degree of uncertainly next season.  We have already sold the maximum Passes allocated for 2021.   We have been very fortunate in 2020.  To continue in our success, we recognize that the quality of our customers’ experience is more important than a short term finanical gain.
