Temporary Reservation Process

I apologize for the challenges that have resulted from onboarding our new business system. Allow me to reassure you that once we navigate this period, things will be much easier for everyone.

Unfortunately, not all of the system pieces are in place, which makes it impossible for you to book. As a temporary fix, we have made a few accommodations:

  1. We have blocked off tee times for when most of you regularly play.
  2. We will dedicate staff to coordinate your tee times specifically.

In the interim, please email Kim Niven directly at kimniven@mayfieldgolfclub.com. The staff has access to her email, and they will coordinate your reservations. Hopefully, we can complete the necessary steps to give you properly reserve online. next week
