The 2022 PlayerPass is “Sold Out.”
We sold all of the Passes by the beginning of October.
Unfortunately, the 2022 PlayerPass is completely “Sold Out.” The renewal process was more extensive than we planned. We sold all of the allocated passes by the middle of October. Typically 10% of the annual pass holders do not renew each season, whereas this year nearly everyone purchased their passes.
No additional Passes will be released in 2022
Unfortunately, once we have sold all of our allocated Passes, we will not release any additional Passes. We plan to continue following our traditional sales format. This process includes:
1. In August, the Board of Governors meets to determine the number of passes for sale next season.
2. In September, we open sales to our current Pass Holders.
3. In October, we release unsold Passes (previously allocated to the current Pass Holders) to the general public.
5. We will sell all unsold Passes that remain after the October Public Sales Period, during the Black Friday and Christmas Sales
The quality of our customers’ experience is more important than a short term financial gain
Never before have we “Sold Out” all of our Passes for the following season. There was always a little wiggle room to offer a few Passes to for our Black Friday Sale. Unfortunately, the circumstances suggest that it is wise to stick to our plan and limit the number of passes.
There remains a degree of uncertainly next season. We have already sold the maximum Passes allocated for 2021. We have been very fortunate in 2021. To continue in our success, we recognize that the quality of our customers’ experience is more important than a short term finanical gain.
