1. Head northwest on Hwy 410 North

2. Turn right at Mayfield Road (signs for Mayfield Road)

2. Take exit 139 for Hwy 401/Brown's Line/Sherway Gardens Road

3. Slight right toward Hwy 427 Expressway North (signs for 401/427)
